Current Loyola Chicago Women's Basketball Assistant Jordan McCann joins the podcast to discuss his college coaching journey from the high school level to the division 1 level. With stops at the division 3 and division 2 level prior to getting his start in division 1 start at Iona College,  Jordan talks about the differences in responsibilities and expectations. He credits the staff at Iona for helping to develop his coaching voice and organizational habits. A Chicago native, Jordan is headed back home to work for Coach Allison Guth as the newly formed staff begins their first season with the Ramblers.
